From ‘87-‘93 they put out four classic albums back to back, and they changed the game with every one. Max never “sold out,” he just followed his own path, even if the early stuff is the best overall. If you’ve heard Ritual from Soulfly, or Psychosis, you know that he’s still producing some of his best work. Iggor can’t be matched behind the kit; I’m not talking about technical skill, I’m talking about feel. Favorite track: Insane.
